Services included in Yucas 2 in Salobre
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- One dog allowed paying a 150€ fee per stay.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Uusi hieno huvila täydellisellä varustuksella. Keittiön varustus todella hyvä, uima-allas täydellinen sekä kohde tahrattoman puhdas! Sisäänkirjautumisessa meitä oli vastassa erittäin ystävällinen, avulias sekä hyvää englantia puhuva henkilö. Kohde sijaitsee aidatulla aluella, johon on portilta matkaa 2,5km. Tämä ei meitä haitannut, koska koko lomalle ajan meillä oli vuokra-auto käytössä. Täydellinen 6/5 kohde! Kiitos hienosta majoituksesta kodikkaassa huvilassa. Vietimme rennon loman kohteessa!

La villa está genial, las habitaciones amplias y confortables, buscábamos un lugar tranquilo, seguro, alejado de masificaciones, para descansar y desconectar en familia. Perfecto para tomar sol en la piscina (los peques se lo pasaron de lujo). Volveremos !!!
