- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- Guests must pay a deposit of 400 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.

Alles super! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in der Casa Verde. Anders als in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben hatten wir tollen Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser ohne Ende und kaum Sand in der Wohnung. Auch die Möbel fanden wir zeitgemäß und passend. Alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert und noch nie haben wir eine so saubere Ferienwohnung in Playa del Ingles bezogen. Wir durften am Abreisetag sogar länger bleiben. Wir haben lange gesucht, konnten aber absolut nichts Negatives entdecken. Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße, Christian und Raphael.

V rámci jednoho pozemku jsou dva domky s vlastní terasou, kterou lze zastínit. Obě části jsou od sebe oddělené živým plotem, není tak na druhou polovinu moc vidět. Na terase je stůl, venkovní gauč, lehátka a venkovní sprcha. Pokud by ani to nestačilo, lze po schodech vyjít na střechu, kde jsou další lehátka a stůl ze židlemi. Vnitřní vybavení je velmi pěkné. Postele mají tvrdší matrace a v obou ložnicích je klimatizace. Kuchyň je vybavena vším potřebným (chybí jen myčka nádobí). Pračka je venku na terase. K dispozici jsou i ručníky na pláž a dokonce i slunečník. Lokalita je naprosto klidná bez jakéhokliv hluku. Na zastávku autobusu je to cca 7 minut pomalé chůze. V okolí je dostatek restaurací i nákupní centrum. Celkově skvělé ubytování na skvělém místě. Vřele doporučuji!

Private, peaceful and great location. The accomodation had everything you could need, and great WiFi.

Well located house with everything you need and a beautiful sea and dunes view from the roof. Location is perfect on a fairly calm street which has parking and that is very rare and precious. View from the roof to the dunes is exceptional. The private exit to the boardwalk is very usefull. Kitchen is extremely well equiped. Lots of different sunloungers to choose from. Wifi works fast. An easy to use safe.

Toll augestattetes Haus. Das Küchenequipment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Liegen und Fernblick auf die Dünen von Maspalomas und das Meer. Super nette und unkomplizierte zügige Schlüsselübergabe beim Empfang. Wir waren 10 Tage im Februar 2022 im Haus. Zwischendurch kam der Reinigungsservice und hat alles komplett gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Parkmöglichkeiten für unseren Mietwagen waren immer direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Lage in einem gepflegten von vielen Deutschen bewohnten Wohnviertel zwischen dem Hotel Riu Palace und der CITA ist sicher und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Erkundungen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
