This beautiful vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer and everything you might need!
From the spacious and bright living room equipped with smart TV and air conditioning, you can access the magnificent garden with gas barbecue, a fantastic private heated swimming pool (with supplement) and a terrace with magnificent views of the south of the island. The terrace has several rooms, a dining room, a solarium with deckchairs and a playground for children.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.
The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions

This property is located in a residential area. Therefore, parties, events, or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden. Music, especially outdoors, is not to be played from 22:00 to 08:00.Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 1500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
** Late check-in available and upon request incurs the following charges:
- Between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. - 30 EUR
- Between 10 p.m. and midnight - 50 EUR
- Between midnight and 1:30 a.m. - 80 EUR

This villa was spacious with clean rooms. It included an amazing private pool. On one night, we had a barbecue by the pool; it was very fun. It has a nice cosy living room with a television and there was a big garden. Location is great if have a car. Only 3 mins to GC-1. Carlo's team was responsive in communications for our request (brush for the BBQ). Check in in person was welcoming and flexible.

What an amazing villa and fantastic company to use. Communication was brilliant from the second we booked and any questions were asked very rapidly. Villa is beautiful, and has all the amenities you could wish for. Big comfortable rooms and plenty of places to lounge. Great location and within walking distance to a taxi rank and an aldi.

Ha sido una estancia de 10. En todo momento ha habido comunicación con él anfitrión y con mucha rapidez además. La casa estaba con todos los lujos que puedas imaginar, no le falta detalle. Ha sido todo un acierto el habernos alojado aquí. Aunque la playa no estaba cerca, teniendo coche, todo está a mano. Sin duda, para repetir.

The kitchen was amazing! Equipped with everything we could need, even Tupperware!! It was perfect. So nice to have a great BBQ by the pool, a real sun trap! also the communication was marvellous. I contacted a few times and you responded within 30 mins. Brilliant service, thank you.

Ruim, schoon en goede service. Alles aanwezig. Vooral de wasdroger is een grote plus waardoor je elke dag droge handdoeken ter beschikking had. Fijn zwembad en mooi uitzicht op Maspalomas/Playa de Ingles Gedurende ons verblijf bleek de afwasmachine defect dit werd snel en adequaat opgelost.
