This holiday accommodation is located in the complex "Vista Golf", in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist area of Maspalomas and Meloneras.

This private villa has 2 double bedrooms: the main bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed, a SmartTV and a complete bathroom with shower, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the second bedroom, on the upper floor, has two single beds with another bathroom en suite with shower and direct access to the upper solarium with sunbeds.
The interior of the Vista Golf 30 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and a SmartTv with access to streaming services, plus a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...
Outside this charming holiday home, there is an outdoor dining area and a seating area right next to the private swimming pool, which can be heated (surcharge), comfortable sunloungers for sunbathing, a built in barbecue and beautiful views over the golf course.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

👍 I especially liked the outdoor area, the pool, the outdoor furniture, everything was clean and tidy. 👎 The rooms are clean, but need a little updating. The kitchen could have some simple spices, baking paper or foil, and storage boxes. Otherwise, everything else was there.

Beautiful place in quiet area! Staff was friendly, responsive and accommodating, loved the private pool. Walkable distance from the resort hotel’s restaurants and bars

Excelente alojamiento en una ubicación inmejorable. La casa cumplió totalmente con nuestras expectativas y quedamos encantados con la calidad general del servicio.
Queremos hacer una mención especial a Zeus, quien nos recibió a la llegada con una amabilidad y atención excepcionales, haciéndonos sentir cómodos desde el primer momento.
Es, sin duda, un alojamiento de 5 estrellas. No obstante, hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse para que la experiencia sea aún más completa. Por ejemplo, el anuncio no refleja con total exactitud ciertos aspectos y no nos resultó cómodo que el personal encargado de las piscinas accediera a la casa por una escalera trasera sin previo aviso ni permiso. Sería muy positivo que esto se gestionara de otra forma.
En cualquier caso, la calidad del alojamiento es excelente, el servicio estupendo y, sin duda, volveríamos a repetir la experiencia. - Gerardus Johannes4/5
When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly colleague of Carlos who showed us the villa. A welcome package was provided with drinks and foods as welcome and for the next morning. The villa also had an included service where fresh bread was delivered to the door each morning, which was very nice!
The house was complete and pretty spacious for us and our daughter. The swimming pool was great and with the warm temperatures during our stay didn’t need to be heated. Having aircos in the living room and bedrooms was also a big plus with the warmth.
The villa is located on a resort in a cluster of other villas, which doesn’t give you a complete private feeling, but the setup was private enough to enjoy our stay. Some of the neighbors were a bit noisy, but that was acceptable. From the resort you can easily visit places like Laspalomas.
Only downside of the house was that across the golf course construction work was performed, meaning we heard then drilling out a part of the mounta - Vanessa7/10
👍 L’emplacement est super. L’équipement parfait. L’hôte est très sympathique. 👎 Il y a des travaux en face de la villa avec des marteau-piqueur et des bulldozer à partir de 8h du matin. Malgré la propreté du logement Nous avons trouvé aussi plusieurs blattes dans la villa apparemment l île est infestée.

👍 Prachtige locatie, precies zoals op de fotos. Mooi gelegen tussen de golfbanen (niet dat we golfen, maar het is wel mooi :-) ) maar aan de rand van een rij dus heel vrij. Supermarktje en hotel met diverse restaurants aanwezig en genoeg leuke plaatjes op (auto) rij afstand 👎 Ik zou zelf even wat koffie capsules hebben neergelegd, voor als je laat of heel vroeg aan komt. Maargoed, we kwamen op 1 januari dus er was ook meer gesloten dan normaal.

Die Villa liegt innerhalb eines Golf-Resorts und innerhalb einer Gated-Community. Da es etwas abgelegen vom Trubel in Maspalomas liegt, ist ein Mietwagen mindestens empfehlenswert, wenn nicht sogar notwendig. Ein Spar-Markt ist in der Nähe, mit dem Auto ist ein großer Supermarkt in 10 min Entfernung. Das areas hat einen Anschluss an die Autobahn, von der aus man die ganze Insel einfach erkunden kann.
Für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub ist die Villa perfekt. - Carmen9/10
👍 La terraza ,días soleados y hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina 👎 Pierdes intimidad,porque el sr.que se ocupa de la piscina aparece sin.previo aviso.Tambien seria de agradecer que hubiera lo básico en cuestión de productos de limpieza,bayetas friega suelos etc,lo básico,porque nadie viaja con ello
