This holiday accommodation has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and the other two with single beds, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.
It has a separate kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for your stay such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. In Villa Isabel Maspalomas we find a living room, very spacious and luminous where we can access the semi-covered terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, access to a private garden, where we can find sunbeds to sunbathe next to its private swimming pool.
It also has a second terrace/patio with a beautiful built in barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Only 5 minutes by car from Maspalomas Beach. This villa with garden and private swimming pool is distributed in wide spaces and on one floor only, so in VillaGranCanaria we recommend it for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or with reduced mobility.
All services are within walking distance of Villa Isabel Maspalomas, only 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 30 minutes from the capital, in Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short distance!
If you wish to rent two villas, Villa Isabel communicates through the garden with Villa Maria Maspalomas and can accommodate up to 10 people between the two houses. Privacy and tranquillity guaranteed for our most demanding clients.
Services included in Villa Isabel Maspalomas
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€
