Only 5 minutes by car from the beach of Maspalomas. This villa with private garden and swimming pool, radiates natural light at all times, and is distributed in wide spaces and on one floor only. In VillaGranCanaria we recommend it for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.
Villa Maria Maspalomas has 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning, one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and the other with single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for your stay such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. The kitchen converges with a living room, very wide and luminous where you can access to the terrace and private garden, where we will be able to find barbecue, and sun beds next to its private swimming pool.
All services are within walking distance from Villa Maria Maspalomas, only 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 30 minutes from the capital, in Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short distance!
If you wish to rent two villas, Villa Maria communicates through the garden with Villa Isabel Maspalomas and can accommodate up to 10 people between the two houses. Privacy and tranquillity for our most demanding clients.
Services included in Villa Maria Maspalomas
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

We spent three wonderful weeks at this lovely house on Gran Canaria and couldn’t be happier. The location is great – peaceful and scenic – as long as you have a rental car, which we highly recommend. There’s plenty of parking, and the house itself is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from day one. The sun exposure was sublime – sunshine all day long, which made the outdoor area a true highlight of our stay. All in all, top marks – we had an amazing stay and would love to return to this house in the future!
