This holiday home counts on a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a bedroom a trunfle bed on the top floor and another bedroom with a two single beds downstairs, what makes it perfect for families with children.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and all the utensils necessary for a comfortable vacation. This floor is designed with an open concept on to the dining area and the living room, from where you can access the terrace and pool through its great picture window.
The main bedroom upstairs features views over the pool and the golf course. Villa Green 8 also has a terrace at the top floor with a cozy seating area overlooking the mountains.
The outdoor area counts on a gas BBQ on the side, whereas the main terrace area is covered in artificial grass, offering a convenient dining table next to the heatable pool (surcharge) , with sun loungers to fully enjoy your holiday under the sun... what else could you ask for?

Late check in available and on request.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 600 EUR is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

Die Sicht auf das Meer. Zwei sehr große, windgeschützte Terrassen. In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein großer und regelmäßig geprüfter Pool steht immer zur Verfügung. Pflanzen um das Haus werden in karger Landschaft sehr gepflegt.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Huset er kjempefint og utsikten fra takterrassen og hovedsortiment er fantastisk. Huset befinner seg i et rolig område med lite trafikk. Bassenget var perfekt for dag og kveldsaktiviteter for barna
