It is situated very close to the village of El Tablero, with large supermarkets, shops, banks and restaurants and only a few minutes away from the coast of Meloneras and Maspalomas.
It consists of a main villa for 8 people and 2 other independent houses inside the property, for another 4 people, both with kitchen and living room with TV:

Finca Salobre is equipped with air conditioning and free internet connection, a swimming pool of 14m x 6m which can be heated (with a supplement) with a built-in whirlpool bath, sunbeds, a large outdoor barbecue with dining area, and several terraces with views of the mountains and the village of Salobre.

The number of bedrooms and houses on the estate open will depend on the number of people in the reservation. Thus, only the main house will be occupied for an occupation of 1-8 guests (4 bedrooms); houses 1 + 2 for an occupation of 9-10 guests (5 bedrooms) and houses 1 + 2 + 3 for an occupation of 11-12 guests (6 bedrooms).

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 2.000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche - das Haus war perfekt für uns. Wir konnten mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10min alles Wichtige erreichen (Bäcker, Supermarkt). Wir können das Haus empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

De ligging van het huis is prima, iets in het binnenland maar met een auto ben je snel op mooie plekken, strand/ duinen , Maspalomas, playa des Ingles. Het huis is prima, ruim en heel schoon .De bedden zijn prima, heerlijk geslapen. In de keuken is veel apparatuur aanwezig . Buiten bij de buitenkeuken kun je s,avonds heerlijk eten/ zitten en na borrelen. Er zijn volop plekjes waar je kunt vertoeven, zwembad, terras voor zijde , boven ook nog een balkon met ligstoelen en zithoek. Kortom een fijn vakantiehuis.
