Situated on a 3.000m2 plot this beautiful traditional Canarian villa can accommodate up to 10 people, distributed over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and another 2 with single beds, 4 bathrooms with shower and a small toilet. One of the bedrooms, with its own bathroom, is located independently of the house, in the pool area.

The whole house gives the best rustic vibes and it is the perfect choice for family or friends gatherings, as it counts on several outdoor dining areas and BBQ space. Wake up every morning to a breathtaking sunrise while you enjoy our complimentary daily bread service.

It features a fantastic and extensive garden with fruit trees such as banana, avocado, persimmon trees, guayaberas and many more. Guests who book this holiday accommodation will have access to several lounges, and a wonderful private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by sunbathing chairs and an incredible balinese wooden bed.

Villa Arucas 10 features a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need. The Island of Gran Canaria, being circular in shape, offers us an infinity of beaches just a few minutes away by car such as Playa del Ingles, Maspalomas, Melenara... Much to see and enjoy. Furthermore, in Arucas we have a wonderful weather, with sun and warm temperatures until mid-November.

If you are travelling in a big group or family, ask us for the posibility to book the adjacent houses "Casona de Abajo" and "Casa de Arriba" and host up to 26 people (under request only).

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The minimum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6. If you want the 4th and 5th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max capacity which is 9-10 people.
