This property is located in a residential area. Parties, events and any activity that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly prohibited.
Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not permitted unless previously authorised.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. It is only allowed on outdoor terraces, taking care to protect the furniture and garden areas.
Pets are not allowed.
A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required to cover any potential damages.
We recommend checking the condition of the accommodation upon arrival and reporting any existing damage to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the total or partial loss of the security deposit.
