This property is located in a residential complex. Parties, events or any activities that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited unless previously authorised.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies; please take special care of furniture and plants.
A refundable damage deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection.
We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.

👍 spazi ampi, giardino con la piscina e privacy garantita anche se le case sono vicine l'una all'altra
👎 rinnoverei il bagno e le porte interne, sono un po' vecchiotte, anche se in buono stato.
Il rumore dal lun al ven per i lavori dii costruzione che stanno facendo a 200 mt in linea d'aria
