This private villa has 2 double bedrooms: the master bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed a complete bathroom with bathtub and a Smart TV, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the second bedroom, on the upper floor, equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, has two single beds with another bathroom en suite with shower and direct access to the 40m upper terrace and new sofa.
The interior of the Vista Golf 20 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a modern and cozy living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...
Outside this charming holiday home, there is an outdoor dining area and a chilll out zone located next to the private swimming pool with night lighting, which can be heated (with a supplement), comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing, a built in barbecue and beautiful views of the golf course.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 11 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- The house has a water purifier for use in the kitchen.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Un lugar increíble! Pasamos aquí una semana y nos encantó. Se lo recomendo, para 2 a 4 personas está estupendo. La casa dispone de todo el confort, cocina equipada, barbacoa, piscina y varios sitios fuera con sofás y tumbonas para aprovechar los diferentes momentos del día según cómo dé el sol. Las camas son super cómodas. Los baños están muy bien. Todo está muy tranquilo y la vista al golf es muy bonita. Un verdadero oasis alejado del ruido y del mundo, ideal para desconectar.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Carlos. Het huis ligt in een hele mooie rustige omgeving, mooi uitzicht over de golfbaan. Het voldoet aan de verwachtingen en de foto’s, het is netjes en schoon. Als we vragen hadden werd en snel gereageerd dat was erg prettig, ook het inchecken en uitchecken ging gemakkelijk. We hebben extra betaald voor het verwarmen van het zwembad, dit was €25 per dag, na het verwarmen was de temperatuur heerlijk. De tuin was aangenaam, BBQ werkte goed, fijne ligbedden en loungeset om te genieten van de zon. Zeker de moeite waard voor een fijn verblijf!
