Par 4 Villa 13 is modern, spacious and built with high quality materials. It is in bungalow style and has a surface of 90 m2 on a 300 m2 plot. It consists of a large living room with terrace overlooking a magnificent garden, 2 double bedrooms with large wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with shower, a dining room and an open concept kitchen. With all the electrical appliances; dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, private parking and a large private swimming pool with a Roman staircase for better access.
This holiday home managed by VillaGranCanaria is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.
From the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the garden and terrace, with the golf course and the mountains in the background.
This holiday home has just been renovated, with new decoration and furniture, and can now accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room.
The large terrace with direct access from the living room has a table for 6 people and outdoor sofas, and is the ideal place to relax with family and friends, especially after a round of golf. There is a wonderful built in barbecue next to the swimming pool which will make your stay unforgettable. High quality designer furniture adds value to the cozy atmosphere of this terrace. The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge (please consult)
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Stayed with Villa Gran Canaria for the first time. Staff were excellent, left us hints and tips about places to go. Helped us sort out a late checkout without any fuss. They were easy to contact if we needed them. Fresh bread every morning was a bonus. The villa was modern and clean and a great location. Price was better than other English travel agents for the same villa complex. Will definitely book with them again.
