Villa Los Lagos 5 Description
This exclusive accommodation is situated in the complex "Los Lagos", in Salobre Golf Resort, a unique place surrounded by nature in the south of Gran Canaria.
This elegant villa has 3 bedrooms: 2 of the rooms are situated on the upper floor, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and the second one has two single beds and its own bathroom with bath. The third bedroom is part of the spacious basement (without windows) where there is also a small kitchen/dining room.
Villa Los Lagos 5 has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine and everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and peaceful experience. This holiday home has air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Outside of Villa Los Lagos 5 there is a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement), a semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, a built-in barbecue and natural grass with comfortable sunbeds. From the garden there are wonderful views of the entire golf course. It should be noted that you will also have access to a large communal swimming pool.

El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace of mind and disconnection, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach, in a short drive!

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Super erholsam, tolles Haus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns über den Brötchenservice gefreut. Der Pool war angenehm warm. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich, sonst kann man die Insel nicht erkunden.

Good host! Quick respons when questions asked. Good location with rental car. Mall, Supermarket and beaches within 10-25 minutes reach. No evening sun, from 16/4pm it is shadow in the pool/garden. You will enjoy sunrise though. 3rd bedroom is in a "basement" with no windows and toilet/bathroom. The pool is very small. Convenient with small kids but not possible to swim in. All in all. Nice house & good location. Would concider going back.

Het huis is geweldig!! De ligging met uitzicht op de golfbaan is echt prachtig, rustig en weg van de drukke toeristencentra. Met een huurauto ben je overal in no-time. Het was een mooie uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen, te luieren aan het strand of gewoon in de tuin met eigen zwembad. Dagelijks worden er verse broodjes bezorgd, een prima begin van de dagen!

Lovely apartment in great area. Exactly as pictured although the pool did not get warm enough for us to use during our 6 night stay. Would return but not to a pool villa in winter.Charlotte
