This holiday accommodation is part of a fantastic group of five private and independent villas, situated at the top of the complex "Los Lagos", where you can enjoy spectacular views of the golf course. Guests have access to 2 wonderful communal swimming pools, one of which is shared between these 5 villas only and is heated throughout the winter months (November to April).
In VillaGranCanaria we offer this beautiful private villa with three spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 people, two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, and another one on the ground floor with a double bed, all of them with their own bathroom with shower.
In addition, Villa Los Lagos 36 has a bright living room with spectacular views. The kitchen and the dining room are fully equipped. The villa is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, safe box and other useful items, everything to make you feel as comfortable as in your own home during your holidays. This accommodation also has a small additional toilet on the ground floor.
Outside of this beautiful holiday home, the private garden with comfortable hammocks for sunbathing and the cosy covered terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy meals outdoors is a highlight. Los Lagos 36 is one of the five villas that exclusively enjoy the wonderful community swimming pool integrated between the rocky mountains, with a solarium around it, from which you can enjoy impressive views of the sea.
El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for more tranquility and disconnection, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!
Services included in Villa Los Lagos 36 in Salobre
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- The total stay rate will vary depending on the number of guests involved in the booking.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Super mooi huisje, privé zwembad voor de 4 huisjes is echt een meerwaarde. De host reageerde telkens zeer snel! De verse broodjes die elke dag geleverd werden waren een enorm pluspunt! Ook het welkomstpakket om de eerste dag door te komen is heel attent! Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Großzügige Villa in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto konnten wir in ca. 20 Minuten in Meloneras sein und alle Einkäufe erledigen. Die Villa verfügt über eine Garage -- wir hatten nie Parkplatzprobleme. Es gab auch einen Semmelservice morgens. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Sehr praktisch, täglich frisches Brot zu bekommen. Gute ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage! Wir waren zu fünft und jeder war begeistert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar, die Ausstattung hervorragend und bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an den Service wenden. Wir durften uns fühlen wie zuhause und würden uns immer wieder für diesen Ort entscheiden! Wer nach einer Unterkunft fern des Massentourismus sucht und Wert auf eine saubere, moderne und gepflegte Unterkunft legt, wird dort eine gute Zeit haben. Persönlich würden wir empfehlen ein Mietwagen zu buchen, allerdings auch unabhängig von der Lage. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!

All in all, a very enjoyable stay! Booked it the day before we came, so quick response was welcome! The main plus points were : Location - the view from the villa to the sea & towards the mountains - lovely view from main bedroom and great roof terrasse. House well appointed; bathrooms ( all 3 ) were clean, spacious and good towels. Kitchen and living room has good layout , coffee machine, good fridge ( we cook most of the time, so is important for us) Huge washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc. Fresh bread hanging on the door handle every morning. Some points to work on: We weren't given the house we had reserved, but the neighbouring one. Small point, because they are all the same layout. That's it! Carlos made us feel very welcome, the directions were comprehensive and we were left a very generous welcome pack.we arrived late but the villa was left open and well lit for our arrival, Mario popped in the next day to make sure we were OK. Villa description accurate. It's set on a golf course, fairly high up with fantastic views over sea and mountains. A very peaceful location.
