It is distributed over 2 floors, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private garden, a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The services included in the price are:
- Personal welcome and key handover until 6pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 500 EUR is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

Un lugar increíble! Pasamos aquí una semana y nos encantó. Se lo recomendo, para 2 a 4 personas está estupendo. La casa dispone de todo el confort, cocina equipada, barbacoa, piscina y varios sitios fuera con sofás y tumbonas para aprovechar los diferentes momentos del día según cómo dé el sol. Las camas son super cómodas. Los baños están muy bien. Todo está muy tranquilo y la vista al golf es muy bonita. Un verdadero oasis alejado del ruido y del mundo, ideal para desconectar.

Espectacular!! Nos alojamos 2 parejas. Lugar idílico para desconectar. Volvemos porque se nos quedaron algunos rincones de Gran Canaria que descubrir!!
