Par 4 Villa 2 Description
It is a completely private holiday accommodation consisting of two double bedrooms; the master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through large windows, thus enjoying magnificent views of the outside area. This exclusive accommodation is recommended for families with small children or people with reduced mobility as it has no stairs inside.
The interior of this beautiful villa is completed with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to enjoy a pleasant stay such as dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and a living-dining room framed in natural stone with direct access to the fabulous terrace.
Outside of Par 4 Villa 2 there is a private swimming pool with the possibility of being heated (with a supplement), 8 metres long by 4 metres wide, with salt treatment, a garden area with a built in barbecue and a large semi-covered terrace with outdoor dining and rest area furniture, ideal for enjoying the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Merci à Barbara pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Le pack de bienvenue très agréable pour commencer le séjour. Il ne manque rien. La livraison de pain frais à la porte le matin c est vraiment le top. La piscine chauffée un réel plaisir. Nous en avons vraiment bien profité… La situation est parfaite elle permet de rayonner sur toute la région . Il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit et surtout nous espérons pouvoir y revenir. Vraiment rien a redire. - Andre K.10
This villa will live up to your expectations, clean, comfy, a wide terrace and the pool is just great! Highly recommend! Staff on site and in the office were very helpful at all times!
