Par 4 Villa 7 Description
This accommodation has 3 double bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower; the second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and a second bathroom with shower to share. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool area through large windows.
The interior of Par 4 Villa 7 is completed with a large fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room framed in natural stone with direct access to the fabulous terrace. Par 4 Villa 7 is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility. All rooms are air-conditioned for comfort.
Outside there is a private heatable swimming pool (with a supplement) 8 metres long by 4 metres wide, a garden area, a built in barbecue and a large semi-covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture and rest area. Without a doubt, this family villa is a perfect option to spend an unforgettable holiday in Gran Canaria.
El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!Pool features

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Villa très agréable et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié que tout le nécessaire d'entretien soit fournis (sacs poubelle, pastille lave vaisselle...) cela facilite grandement le quotidien. Livraison de pain le matin très pratique également. L'équipe de VillaGranCanaria était très disponible et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

We had a great stay at this villa in Salobre. The villa was exactly as described and shown in the listing with great facilties and everything that we needed during our stay! The booking process and communication before and during stay was really good and clear. We were met at the villa and check in process was really easy and clear- any issues during the stay were quickly resolved. The daily bread delivery was a bonus, villa is in a nice quiet location with easy access to everywhere else on the island with a car. Will definitely book through Villa Gran Canaria when we next visit the island.

We recently stayed in this lovely, roomy private villa. It's in an excellent location: just a short drive to Melaneras and the stunning dunes of Maspolamas and nearby beaches. The best thing about the villa is that you are not overlooked and the area is quiet. The pool, which we found to be nice and warm, is large enough to actually swim in. (We were also pleased to find that the kitchen contained a dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer and plenty of crockery/cutlery). The villa was clean, well presented, the wifi worked, and the daily bread delivery service was a nice touch. We would definitely stay in Par 7 again. Thank you VillaGranCanaria.

Abseits der Partyzone von Playa del Ingles kann man es sich hier gut gehen lassen. Die Schlafzimmer sind super von der Größe. Der Garten mit Terrasse und Pool sind großartig. Dieser Bereich ist auch nahezu uneinsichtig. Wir haben die Poolheizung genutzt: Aufpreis ca 300€. Das Wasser war angenehm. Würden wir wieder kommen? JA
