It is a private accommodation in an intimate atmosphere that stands out for its comfortable distribution. It is one of the most recommended options for families with small children or people with reduced mobility as it is distributed on one floor and without stairs.
The villa has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second bathroom with a separate shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the private swimming pool through large windows that provide magnificent views. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning.
Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with direct access to the fabulous outdoor area. It has a spacious and bright living room with Smart TV, air conditioning and large sliding doors with direct access to the outside of the villa. Next to the swimming pool of Par 4 Villa 10 there are sunbeds for sunbathing.
Outside there is a private heated swimming pool 8 metres long by 4 metres wide, a garden area and a large semi-covered terrace with dining room furniture, ideal for enjoying the Canarian climate at any time of the year.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Sehr schöne abgeschlossene Anlage, ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Spar und ein gutes und preiswertes Restaurant waren in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es sieht wirklich alles genau so aus wie auf den Fotos.
