It offers spectacular views of the golf course and is ideal for families as it offers peace and quiet as well as lots of fun! Villa La Isla 6 is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.
This newly built detached villa is bright and spacious with a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with a living and dining area.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. Isla 6 also has 2 bathrooms with shower and is fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, Smart TV, oven, coffee maker and all the utensils you may need to feel at home.
The exterior of the villa includes several sitting areas and sunbeds overlooking the garden and golf course as well as a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) of 7 x 3.5 m.
Villa La Isla 6 is located in Salobre Golf Resort, a very relaxing place for those looking for tranquility and prices, only 10 minutes drive from some of the most touristic centres and beaches like Maspalomas, Meloneras, San Agustin or Mogan.

- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- A deposit of 600 EUR is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.

Tutto ero già stata in quella zona e questa villa è fantastica tranquillità assoluta. Se vuoi la pace è la soluzione migliore visto che poi in 10 minuti arrivi nei centri dove trovi tutto lo svago che vuoi

Wer Ruhe, Erholung und Privatsphäre sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Lage der Villa La Isla 6 mit dem tollen Ausblick auf den Golfplatz und den Stausee hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung der Villa und der Küche war insgesamt gut. Der Außenbereich war großzügig. Toll war der kostenlose Brötchenservice jeden Tag. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Pool war ausreichend groß und durch die Poolheizung auch gut temperiert. Es gab so gut wie alle deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender. Die Villa eignet sich besonders für einen ruhigen, luxuriösen und ungestörten Erholungsurlaub.

We had a lovely stay in La Isla Villa 6 , it has everything you need and is immaculate. The Salobre staff were available at check in and throughout the stay to answer queries and give recommendations. The heated pool was great and the kids swam every day. We found the location is great - close to lovely beaches , shops and very easy to drive a hire car around. Definitely recommend visit to Roque Nublo .
