This modern accommodation is located in the "Par 4" complex at Salobre Golf Resort, a unique, quiet and private location in the south of Gran Canaria.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and a full bathroom with shower; the second and third bedrooms have two single beds each, and a full bathroom with shower to share. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through large windows. At VillaGranCanaria we think that Villa 24 in Par 4 is ideal for families with children or for people with reduced mobility as it has been built on one floor.
The interior of this magnificent villa is completed with a large fully equipped kitchen and a living room framed in natural stone with direct access to the fabulous terrace. Outside, there is a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement), 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, a garden area with sunbeds, a Balinese bed, a built-in barbecue and a large semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining and living area, ideal for enjoying the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
