This exclusive accommodation is located in "Par 4" complex at Salobre Golf Resort, a unique natural environment in the south of the island of Gran Canaria and only 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Maspalomas, Meloneras, Puerto Rico, Amadores and Arguineguín.
This magnificent one storey villa is ideal for families with small children or for people who prefer to avoid stairs. It is a holiday home that has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and full bathroom with shower, and the second bedroom has two single beds and a full bathroom with shower.
Inside Villa 20 en PAR 4 you can find a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine... and a cosy living room with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
The outside of the house has an outdoor dining area along with a rest area, a large private swimming pool that can be heated (with a supplement), a built in barbecue and artificial grass with comfortable sunbeds.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Wonderful House Nice to get a warm welcome and a package with water, red Wine, coffee and everything and nice with fresh bread delivered every morning Carlos and his staff responded everytime we wrote and they were very helpfull with everything - asked if we needed help with booking car or golf times. Thank you for a nice stay we will be back.
