This villa with private pool in the south of Gran Canaria has two large double rooms, one with a double bed on the first floor, with direct access to the garden and the pool. The other room, on the first floor, has two single beds. This room leads to a fantastic terrace with panoramic views.
Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom with bathtub.
The private swimming pool at Las Terrazas 6 has safety stairs for better access. The beautiful views from the pool towards the golf course and the mountains, enhance the experience of relaxation.
This exclusive villa has two terraces, one of which is a solarium on the first floor, and outdoor dining areas as well as a barbecue.
El Salobre Golf Resort is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is located only just a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 6 p.m.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

We spent an amazing week in Salobre Golf with our family. The villa is perfect for 4 people (including 2 children) and the atmosphere around the golf is peaceful. The outside of the villa is very much enjoyable, especially the patio part. The communication has been great with all the crew throughout the week.

The villa was lovely and clean and lots of space. The beds were very comfortable. The bread rolls in the morning and the welcome pack were nice touches. The pool was heated and a big hit with the kids. The site itself was quiet and relaxing. The nearest towns could be reached in 10-15 mins. The hosts were especially accommodating when our flight home got cancelled, we can't thank them enough for organising everything at such short notice.
