Villa Los Lagos 40 Description
Los Lagos 40 is one of the 5 privileged villas located in the highest part of the complex "Los Lagos". Guests staying at this accommodation have access to two communal swimming pools: one of them is for general use of the complex, and the second pool is only for the exclusive use of the villas at Los Lagos 36 to 40.
This fantastic two-storey villa has three spacious double bedrooms, all with their own bathroom with shower tray. One with single beds on the ground floor and two on the upper level, one with a double bed and the other with single beds. At the main entrance of the house there is a small toilet.
The interior of this family villa has a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen, apart from the dining room.
For your comfort and safety during your stay, this accommodation has been equipped with air conditioning, a safe, smart TV and a built in barbecue.
Outside, the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and the garden area with comfortable sunbeds stand out.
Guests at Los Lagos 40 will be able to exclusively enjoy the incredible communal swimming pool with a viewpoint solarium, which is integrated between the rocky mountains and offers impressive views of the sea. The pool will be heated from November to April.
El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for more tranquility and disconnection, but at the same time is only 10 minutes drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach, in a short trip!
Services included in Villa Los Lagos 40 in Salobre
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00 PM.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Photographs cannot convey how this or that room really looks, and in this case I was really pleasantly surprised by how The golf resort, as well as the villa, looks. The view was stunning and the delivery of fresh bread every morning was very nice.

We stayed at Villa Gran Canaria in October 2022. The villa was really lovely , spacious and with beautiful views from every room. It was immaculately clean, well furnished and equipped. The fresh rolls delivered every morning were absolutely wonderful, so fresh and delicious. The two pools were great and we had them to ourselves right up until the last day. The resort itself is very nice, with a well stocked shop on site. The location is also very good. It far enough away from the main tourist areas to be peaceful and relaxing, but near enough to be convenient for the supermarket and restaurants. I would highly recommend these villas.

+The golf resort is very beautiful. The view form the small garden and from the yard is stunning. The small pool was heated at 25 degrees and it was pleasant to swim anytime. The whole villa was very well equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Check-in and check-out were flexible.

Very clean, ideally equipped room. An excellent set of dishes, glasses and wine glasses. A good washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. Fresh, still warm bread was very pleasing in the morning. Many thanks to the head manager and staff for their loyalty when accommodating pets.
