This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:

Un endroit superbe avec vue panoramique, mais un peu cher et dont l'adresse est mal indiquée
La situation, la vue panoramique et l'excellent équipement de l'appartement. Cher (autant qu'un hôtel, mais sans service..) mais emplacement exceptionnel.
Les informations sur l'adresse de l'appartement : celui-ci est situé dans la commune de Patalavaca, sortie d'autoroute Arguinegin et pas Mogan, comme indiqué dans l'adresse (Mogan étant le nom de la provice !). Si l'on programme Mogan sur le GPS, on atterit ... au village de Mogan, près de Puerto Mogan , soit 25 km plus loin !!!...
Concernant l'équipement de l'appartement, il manque une table basse devant le sofa, sinon tout est OK. - Bo. A.10

Mi sono trovata molto bene, anche perché avevo bisogno di tranquillità e solitudine e qua ho trovato questo r tante altre cose positive alloggio oltre le aspettative tutto molto in ordine e pulito c'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, pulire e fare il bucato. Grazie. senz'altro lo consiglio al 100%.
