Par 4 Villa 9 Description
This holiday home has ample space, quality furnishings and very bright rooms. It is one of our favourite properties in VillaGranCanaria, and is built on one level, making it ideal for families with children or people with reduced mobility, who prefer to avoid stairs.
Par 4 Villa 9 is the perfect home for your holiday in the Canary Islands, it has 3 double bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and a second bathroom with shower. Two of the rooms have direct access to the garden and pool through sliding glass doors overlooking the garden and pool.
The swimming pool can be heated (with a supplement), there is an outdoor barbecue and dining area and a large private garden.

Salobre Golf Resort is an exclusive luxury area only 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Meloneras and Maspalomas in the south of Gran Canaria.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 6pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 600 EUR is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

Großzügige Unterkunft, super Service (Brötchen, Reinigung, Pool), toller Pool mit Luftmatratze, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten/Liegen und Tische. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung (Saft, Käse, Schinken, Milch, Kaffee, etc).

El alojamiento está genial equipado con muebles y electrodomésticos de muy buena calidad . Tranquilidad de la zona y casa en buenas condiciones. Tienes pan fresco todas las mañanas en la puerta.
