Par 4 Villa 19 is an exclusive luxury villa on one level, ideal for families with children or people with reduced mobility. It has spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and bright rooms. Without a doubt, this is one of our favourite properties in VillaGranCanaria due to its good value for money.
This fantastic private villa is the perfect accommodation for your holiday in the Canary Islands. It has 3 double bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The house has another bathroom with shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need for your holiday.
2 of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through the large sliding door that offers magnificent views of the heated pool (with a supplement), garden with sunbeds, a beautiful semi-covered terrace with outdoor furniture, which makes it possible to enjoy meals outdoors.
Only 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Maspalonas and Meloneras, in the south of Gran Canaria.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 600 EUR is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

Super villa, schoon, heerlijk zwembad en nespresso koffiemachine. Alles is aanwezig in de villa, zoals handdoeken, keukenmateriaal, 2 badkamers, wasmachine. Inclusief elke ochtend vers brood.

Once again, we have had a fantastic stay, the villa was great, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job and we are looking forward to coming back in October next year! As soon as the flights are released will be be booking (hopefully we can get our usual villa this time!).

Tanto la distribución y equipamiento de la villa como el cuidado en los detalles y la limpieza son los mimbres adecuados para disfrutar desde el primer minuto. Mención especial al equipamiento de la villa. Muy lejos de lo q te esperas encontrar en un alojamiento vacacional. Hará sentirte como en casa y no tener q pensar en nada más q en descansar y pasarlo bien. Nos alojamos con un bebé y teníamos el equipamiento básico necesario para que él estuviera muy cómodo también En comparación con otros alojamientos incluso de la misma zona, este destaca por muchos factores. Si es posible se convertirá en el destino recurrente de la familia para las pequeñas escapadas dentro de la isla. Muchas gracias por todo.
