It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine... everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- Late Check in available and free of charge.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von dieser tollen Wohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kaffeemaschine ging kaputt und nach 3 Stunden hatten wir eine neue Maschine - toller Service! Nach einer Woche wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt sowie sauber gemacht. Das war uns vorher gar nicht bekannt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Chiara, die uns freundlich begrüßt hat und problemlos erreichbar war. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Schritte und ich vermisse jetzt das Rauschen des Meeres, das uns 2 Wochen ständig begleitet hat. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und kommen sich wieder.

Komfortabel leilighet, utstyrt med alt en trenger. Nydelig beliggenhet rett ved stranda. Promenade som strakte seg milevis vestover langs mange flotte strender.

This apartment was fantastic. Very good location with a sea view. We prefer locations away from the main strips of bars and restaurants so this was perfect. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped kitchen. Quality pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and appliances. Linen and towels were good quality. Will definitely recommend!

Andra året vi bor på Los Papagayos Apartments. Årets vistelse var fantastisk, boendet var perfekt och lägenheten var fullutrustat och hade en härlig utsikt. Vi kommer garanterat att återkomma till samma boende nästa år igen, oslagbart helt enkelt. Los Papagayos måste vara en av San Augustins bästa adresser, vi rekommenderar detta boende på alla sätt.
