The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces or balcony.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Perfect location with an ocean view and pool view. We enjoyed every morning sunset on the terrace. The ocean is warm in this beach and it is just a few steps down the house.

Die Wohnung liegt mit einem unverwechselbaren Blick direkt in erster Reihe und man sieht den tollen Atlantik. Zur Wohnung gehört der schöne Gemeinschaftspool, zu welchem nur ein paar Gäste Zutritt haben, so dass man sich hier wunderbar wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und hat uns gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Lediglich die direkte Lage der Rückseite an der Straße verursachte immer etwas Lärm. Das wird aber durch den Blick und den tollen Pool aufgewogen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Anlage ist sehr privat und ruhig.Sebastian.
