This bungalow is without a doubt ideal for our most demanding clients. Large fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...
It counts on 2 bedrooms a nice living room with SmartTV that allows access to Netflix and a sofa-bed, air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom and two large covered terraces, one of them with an electric grill to enjoy a meal outdoors and then have a swim in its shared pool which is heated from November to April to the perfect temperature. One of the best features is its private rooftop solarium with views over Playa del Ingles.
These apartments are located just by the Maspalomas Dunes and a 10 minutes walk from the beach, right by the beach promenade, a beatiful place to stroll or even go cycling. Foot distance from shopping centers, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, you can have anything you need at hand!

Services included in New VelSuites IV in Playa del Ingles
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

I’d say this is the best apartment out of the 4 due to it being slightly set back so it offers a little more privacy!

Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, tolle Dachterrasse, überdachte Terrasse unten mit Sonnenliegen und direkter Zugang zum Pool. Da es das letzte Haus in der Reihe ist, hat man noch etwas mehr Privatsphäre... klare Empfehlung

Very nice bungalow,nice and modern inside. Outside there is several options for relaxing and/or sunbathing,pool area very nice too. Plenty of nice eatery’s and supermarkets within walking distance. Would 100% recommend.

Wij komen sinds 1976 op Gran Canaria, maar hebben na een hotel in las palmas de volgende accomodaties gehad, zoals monte roya, los porches, maroc chalets, los valles 1 en II, parc christina, dragon club en casas bettina, thans velsuites (villa gran canaria).
Wij - familie evenblij- hebben het enorm getroffen. De bungalow voelt als een paleis dat we niet meer willen verlaten

We had a great stay in this modern and comfortable apartment. The location is very conveniently located, close to the beach and the city center. As a nice surprise we found out that the pool is heated (I overlooked that in the description) and the terrace and pool are cleaned multiple times a week. The location is as described as well as the pictures shown.
