It counts on 2 bedrooms a nice living room with SmartTV that allows access to Netflix and a sofa-bed, air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom and two large covered terraces, one of them with an electric grill to enjoy a meal outdoors and then have a swim in its shared pool which is heated from November to April to the perfect temperature. One of the best features is its private rooftop solarium with views over Playa del Ingles.
These apartments are located just by the Maspalomas Dunes and a 10 minutes walk from the beach, right by the beach promenade, a beautiful place to stroll or even go cycling. Foot distance from shopping centers, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, you can have anything you need at hand!

Services included in New VelSuites II in Playa del Ingles
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Our stay at Velsuites was very good. The bungalow is well located and is extremely well equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. The host/staff are helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Das Einchecken verlief ganz unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar schon eher in die Unterkunft als im Inserat angegeben. Barbara hat uns empfangen, nachdem wir ihr 10 min vor dem Erreichen Bescheid gegeben haben. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und wir konnten uns jederzeit melden und erhielten umgehend eine Antwort. Die Unterkunft an sich hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, vor allem in der Küche (sogar Frischhalteclips und Tupperdosen). Alles ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Liegen auf der überdachten Terrasse sind sehr bequem, aber auch die Liegen am Pool waren länger und bequemer als die normalen Liegen, die man sonst aus dem Urlaub kennt. Im Pool waren wir fast immer alleine, da sich diesen nur vier Bungalows teilen, so dass man wirklich entspannen kann. Fußläufig erreicht man in 5-10 min den Strand, in 1 min die Apotheke und in 3 min das Einkaufszentrum. Man braucht also nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Accommodatie is prachtig, en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie is ligt precies tussen het strand en het bruisende centrum af. ideaal!

Ansonsten super Ausstattung, alles total sauber und modern. Super Lage, mega Dachterrasse und auch der Pool der nicht riesig ist war ausreichend.
