The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00 hours.
- 1 cot and 1 high chair (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Pets are not accepted
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung an einem wunderschönen Ort. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Terrasse hat uns besonders gefallen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen grossen Kleiderschrank und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch das Badezimmer war geräumig und schön. Wir durften 3 Wochen dort verbringen und es wurde wöchentlich sehr sauber gereinigt, was wir sehr schätzten. Parkiert haben wir immer direkt vor dem Haus, das war zu jeder Zeit sicher und es hatte immer einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, sehr ruhig, aber gleichwohl direkt an der Promenade und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und den Restaurants entfernt. Es hat auch einen tollen Spar ganz in der Nähe. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Apartamento inmejorable, tanto por su ubicación, junto a la playa de Melenara; como por su estado y equipamiento. Mobiliario nuevo y en perfecto estado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Aunque lo mejor, sin duda, es su amplia terraza, con vistas al mar y perfectamente equipada. Ideal para disfrutar de un buen desayuno, una bonita cena o un refrescante cocktail.

Neptuno Suite Playa es un apartamento precioso con una decoración exquisita y con todo tipo de detalles. Su ubicación es excelente tanto para visitar todos los rincones de la isla como para disfrutar de las playas. Está muy bien equipado, dispone de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, tiene unas camas fantásticas y la terraza es la gran joya, una auténtica pasada. Mobiliario precioso y cómodo y unas vistas de ensueño. Sin lugar a duda un sitio para repetir. Todo de 10.

The accommodation was exactly the same as on the pictures! The terrace was the best part of it! It was very comfortable and nice. Kitchen was well equiped. Also there was washing machine and drier. Our stay at this appartment was really perfect.
