Casa Agaete is a cosy and simple 2 bedroom holiday house in Puerto de Las Nieves in Agaete, a typical and beautiful fishing village in the northwest of Gran Canaria.
Casa Agaete Description
Distributed on one floor, it has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and direct access to the terrace, and the second one with two single beds. In the house there is also another complete bathroom with bathtub, a spacious living room with Smart Tv and satellite channels and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay.
Casa Agaete offers sea views from the living room and kitchen, and has a large terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a meal outdoors. On the roof of the house there is also a solarium with hammocks to enjoy the sun, and you will also have an outside shower to refresh yourself.
Enjoy the sea breeze and the sunny climate of Agaete from the hammocks and surrounded by a large and spacious private area perfect for children.
With one of the best gastronomic offers of fresh fish and seafood, from the charming Avenida de Los Poetas you will enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the mountains with Tenerife and Teide on the horizon.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

Great outdoor roof area to listen the ocean. Spacious, clean and well equipped inside. Staff were responsive and helpful when the power tripped…circuit breakers are outside the house under the roof stairs. Parking is easy right outside the property gate. Great hiking in the hills just inland, interesting coffee plantation visit and lovely walk to/swim at El Juncal Beach

Super Lage, kein Massen-Tourismus wie im Süden von Gran Canaria. Gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Tolle Bademöglichkeiten! Dachterrasse ist wirklich super!. Nicht gefallen gab es nicht!

Nice house and super nice location. Felt private and spaceous, a huge stylish garden with bbq. Lovely bed and brand new bathrooms.The sounds of the ocean is lovely.The big roof terrace was super nice. We really enjoyed our week here with hikes on great trails nearby, and of course swimming in the natural pools.

Perfekte Lage, am Ende der Promenade und direkt gegenüber der Naturschwimmbecken. Sehr schicke Einrichtung und tolle Ausstattung. Riesige Dachterrasse mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Agaete und Puerto de las Nieves sind schöne Orte, die vom Massentourismus verschont sind. Es ist aber alles verfügbar. Traumurlaub direkt am Meer.

Eine übersichtliche Kücheneinrichtung, an der absolut nichts gefehlt hat, sowie eine geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Spazierwege waren fussläufig erreichbar. Wie sagt man so schön: wir kommen wieder.

Sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten war phänomenal und von der Dachterrasse konnte man super den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful time here! Although there was a rocky road in the lead up to the property, it was totally worth it when we arrived and lovely to have a view of the sea from the house which felt very special. The garden and roof terrace are both absolutely huge but also very private. Likewise the house is a great size and perfect for 4 people. Nice to have a private parking space too. The natural pools are only a couple of minutes walk away and restaurants around 10+ minutes walk. Couple of Spars nearby for all your essentials. Highly recommend Bar Salsamora for drinks and delicious tapas and Hondo Cafe for an amazing breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen der anderen nur anschließen. Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an wunderbar funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist überwältigend. Von der Dachterasse aus kann man sowohl die imposante Bergkulisse als auch das Meer betrachten. Der Steinstrand ist und die Naturschwimmbecken sind direkt vor der Haustür. Es ist herrlich mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Fußläufig hat man mehrere Restaurants an der Promenade. Es gibt ein Fischgeschäft und einen kleinen Spar. Trotzdem ist ein Auto erforderlich um die Insel zu erkunden. Alles in allem rundum ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Danke an das Villa Gran Canaria Team.

Sehr ruhiges nettes Apartment. Die natürlichen Pools sind im April noch etwas kalt, da es auch sehr windig in unserer Reisezeit war. Dennoch war es sehr schön und ruhig außerhalb der Touristen Gebiete. Das kleine Städtchen in der Nähe bietet alles was man braucht. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da bei Selbstversorgung es günstiger ist in größere Einkaufsläden zu fahren. Restaurants sind Fuß nah zu finden und auch zu angenehmen Preisen. Es war ein entspannter Urlaub und würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen.
