This holiday villa has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay such as oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave...etc. In addition this house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
The spacious living room is very bright, has Smart Tv, and direct access to the garden terrace and sunbeds, which is also equipped with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower next to the private heated pool (with a supplement). Please notice that the bedroom (with a king size bed and bathroom) is located in the basement and has no windows.
Villa Meloneras Hills 19 has private parking and a fitness room available for guests.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 1.500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Es nuestra tercera vez con VillaGranCanaria, y esta ha sido nuestra primera vez en esta villa. Hemos pasado una semana alojados en ella, y tengo que decir que hemos estado de maravilla. Es un alojamiento de lujo, perfecto, totalmente equipado, gimnasio, piscina, cocina completísima, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y todas con tv, varias tipo suite, barbacoa en el exterior, etc... Y en un entorno estupendo, en zona residencial, sin ruidos y apartado, pero cerca del paseo de Meloneras donde hay mucho ambiente y mucha restauración, tiendas, etc... Un sitio de 10, sin duda para repetir.
