- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- A dog is accepted at a cost of 100 EUR per stay.
- Guests must pay a deposit of 200 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.

This was a return visit to this property having stayed there in December 2023. I was really excited about staying there again and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has everything that one could wish for and more. LOCATION: awesome; STANDARD OF APARTMENT: 5 Star; BOOKING/CHECK IN: Flawless with Villa Gran Canaria personnel. Everything one would need is catered for. It is modern, clean and very homely. If I was to retire to somewhere...this is exactly what I would be looking for. I have already booked it for later this year. Villa Gran Canaria are a great company to deal with and made an appointment for me to view another property next door that I was interested in. This is a beautiful little sanctuary....with a gorgeous garden.
