The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Small dogs under 8Kg are allowed paying 100€/stay fee and on request.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

This was a return visit for us. The 3rd floor flat is at an excellent location , right on the sea front which is now pedestrianised . The lovely balcony gets sun all day with spectacular sunsets .All the restaurants are close by , plus a small and large Spar supermarket. The ferry terminal to Morgan is a very short distance away too.We catch the bus from the airport as you don’t need a car unless you want to go exploring into the mountains but you can go on one of the tours for that.
