Conditions

Residential building: parties, events or any activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited (unless pre-authorised).
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces.
No pets allowed.
A refundable damage deposit of 1000€ is required.
We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in loss of the deposit.

La villa KAIMAN tiene todo lo que buscaba: comodidad, tranquilidad, espacios abiertos y por supuesto todo lo necesario para hacerlo. Amplio salón con vistas a terraza y piscina, cocina con todo lo necesario, dormitorios cómodos y por supuesto aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Disfrutar de la piscina y solarium es todo un lujo. Totalmente recomendable.
La comunicación con los gestores fluida, con disponibilidad y clara. Detallazo dejar el pan todos los días
