- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- Guests must pay a deposit of 800EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.

Perfect location and well equipped place for longer stay. The location and beach proximity are great. So is the nice, private garden in front of the place. The kitchen is well equipped and the view from the master bedroom upstairs to the beach side are soothing. The place has three bathrooms, two of which have a shower, which is very convenient.
