This quiet holiday home has 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the upper floor you will find the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the ground floor houses a perfectly equipped kitchen and a living room with access to the terrace and another bathroom. It is only a 10 minute walk from the private beach of Pasito Blanco and 5 minutes from the supermarket.
You can enjoy its small and quiet beach, long walks between beautiful sailing boats and a beautiful club with spectacular hammocks and solarium area, restaurant and bar, the club La Punta.
Everything you need for your family holidays is at hand in this elegant and peaceful setting which is also just a few minutes' drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- Daily delivery of fresh bread
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Haus in Pasito Blanco gefühlt. Wir hatten den Pool nur für uns, weil es kaum andere Gäste gab. Es war einfach ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort an dem man von stressigem Alltag sich erholen konnte. Es ist vom Vorteil, wenn man ein Auto mietet. Wir werden auf jeden alles super: genug Handtücher, Kleiderbügeln im Schrank, tolle Matratzen in Betten. Fall wieder kommen.

Avons séjourné déjà 2 fois dans cette belle et spacieuse résidence au bord du port de plaisance, comportant toutes les commodités, dans un environnement exceptionnel, calme et sécurisé, proche du golf et de du paséo maritimo de maspalomas, accessibles en qqs minutes en voiture. Nous y reviendrons...
