Situated in the beautiful municipality of Arucas, this beautiful traditional Canarian villa can accommodate up to 10 people distributed over 5 bedrooms with double beds and 5 bathrooms with shower which 4 of them are inside the bedroom.
Finca La Casona de Abajo is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need. - Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00 hours.
- Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- The price includes cleaning service once a week
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 1000 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- The number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms. Should you wish to use rooms with a single person occupancy, please note that the price might increase
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Im Norden gelegen bei herrlich milden Klima inmitten einer Plantage. Absolute Ruhe, trotzdem kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Ausflüge. Tolle Gastgeberin, 2x pro Woche wurde gereinigt, frisch geerntetes Obst, Avocados, Citrus, Bananen, Drachenfrucht etc... gab gratis. Poolheizung war nicht nötig. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, es gibt ausreichend Zimmer (bis 12 Personen). Einfach Top
