Je trouve que votre système de mise à disposition de chambre (une chambre pour deux personnes) complique tout et crée la confusion. Nous sommes tous adultes et nous n’avons pas envie de partager notre chambre. L’annonce précise 5 chambres et concerne donc des clients qui veulent une grande maison.Il vaudrait mieux afficher un tarif de location "maison entière" et éventuellement accepter de faire un tarif dégressif si les clients ne veulent en occuper qu’une partie.Là nous avons eu l’impression d’une annonce un peu mensongère puisque pour avoir les 5 chambres précisées au prix affiché. C’est dommage dans l’annoce il a fallu rajouter 700

We hebben het geweldig naar ons zin gehad, het was een zeer mooie villa en het zwembad hebben we ook heel erg van genoten. Aanrader!

Very spacious, great character to the property, calming views, lovely pool. A thoroughly enjoyable stay for a large family group of all ages. Easy access into Las Palmas Old Town and lovely city beaches. Completely away from over-touristy areas.

Lovey spot that could use some updating. The bathrooms were not excellent. The shower did not work in one and the others needed to be snaked. It was roomy and the kitchen and rest of the house was nice.

The Villa is stunning and very big. Two families of four were lost in the size. It’s such a lovely quiet place. The balcony overlooking the pool was relaxing with a coffee until the sun was ready. Then the day was by the pool with intermittent table tennis or pool or food in the outdoor terrace. This is a great place if you don’t want a busy holiday. The issue is the location, a local expensive shop is within a 5 minute walk. Most things can be bought to cook yourself. The Spar is 1km away which is bigger and cheaper and has a taxi rank outside to take you back with the shopping (€5). If you want restaurants then the area at the Spar is the nearest, so it’s a good walk there and back afterwards but there are some lovely restaurants. There is a restaurant nearby too in a very lovely setting and I would recommend this. But most places have limited English speaking and generally no English menus (google translate came in very handy). The area is really quiet, you hardly see any other people or neighbours. To benefit more I would recommend hiring a car to explore more. We went to the north east beach area by taxi (€25 each way), but this was more for the locals, although we found a lovely Italian. We would have love to have seen more of the island but with no transport we couldn’t. In general, it was very relaxing, great Villa just a very quiet location.

👍 Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist sehr schön und wirklich geräumig. Die Lage ist super, und der Ausblick wunderschön. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und einfach eingerichtet und die Betten sehr gut. Super sind die großen Terrassen oben und unten, mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Wohn und Essbreiche sind auch sehr groß und geräumig, etwas Old Style eingerichtet aber alles sehr hochwertig und bequem. Es gibt mehrere Sitzecken und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die große Küche ist prima und sehr zweckmässig, klasse sind die beiden Spülbecken und der große Kühlschrank. Es ist genügend Geschirr, Gläser und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft standen verschiedene Lebensmittel und Obst für uns in der Küche. Super auch der zweite Kühlschrank in der Bodega. Der Garten, die super schönen hohen Palmen, die Bepflanzung und der Pool Bereich sind sehr schön. Auch die vielen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten um den großen Pool sind wunderbar. Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch und ein TV-Raum im Untergeschoß sind klasse. 👎 Zu wenig Handtücher, es gab abgezählt für jede Person ein großes Handtuch und ein kleines Handtuch, kein Handtuch für die Haare, keine Handtücher zum Hände abtrocknen für die Küche, kein Handtuch in der Bodega und kein Handtuch für die Toilette unten. Es gab auch nur zwei Duschvorleger, d.h. auch nur für 2 Bäder. Wir haben im Master Bedroom eins von unseren Strand Handtüchern benützt als Duschvorleger. Für die Küche gab es 2 Geschirrtücher, das ist auch zu wenig. Auch wurden die Handtücher in 12 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt !! Das war zwar nicht optimal, aber alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen !!
