- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

We stayed here with two kids (4 year old + newborn) for 9 days. The apartment is very spacious, very conveniently located, and has everything you need when traveling with kids. All rooms have A/C. Pool is only a 5min walk. You can park you car in the street in front of the apartment for free. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. Location is very convenient when you want to explore the island a bit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Betten sehr bequem. Nur beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse war es noch sehr schattig, die Sonne kommt erst ab Nachmittag bis in den Garten. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, trotzdem gelangt man zu Fuß gut bis zur Promenade, Faro etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Great accommodation close to beach and amenities. Very clean and well equipped. Easy to access with parking outside. Close to good supermarket, and restaurants. Lovely walk along the seafront to the lighthouse and Maspalomas beach and dunes. Friendly check-in staff who gave us lots of recommendations for our stay plus good communication on arrival.
