Down in the basement that has been thoroughly conditioned as a living area, with a small living room and one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Meloneras AA153 has air conditioning only in the main living room on the ground floor and the two bedrooms on the upper floor.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- Parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

We've stayed in a number of villas over the 17 years we have been visiting this resort, and Blue Bay has by far been the very best villa. Really comfortable, plenty of cutlery, crockery & cooking equipment. Even pool towels!!! Garden neat with 4 sunbeds - all very clean & maintained to a high standard.

This is a lovely well furnished villa in a quite location on a large development. There is a small garden at the front and back of the property, both of which benefit from shaded sunshine at different times of the day. Lovely relaxed week of winter sun and warmth.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe. Die Promenade nach Meloneras ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet nd die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich.
