The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- Daily delivery of fresh bread.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is accepted at a cost of 100€ per stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

👍 Ein Glück, dass wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden hatten. Im Unterschied zu den sehr touristischen Ecken ist Pasito Blanco edel, eher spanisch statt britisch/deutsch dominiert, liegt in der richtigen Himmelsrichtung und trotzdem vis-a-vis von Maspalomas. Das Haus - gut gelegen direkt am Hafen, gut geplant, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ruhig. Jeden Morgen wurde Brötchen vorbeigebracht, nur so. Die man genußvoll auf dem Balkon mit einem Kaffee genießen konnte. 👎 Alles war super, das einzige, was gefehlt hat war ein Repeater für das WLAN-Netzwerk für oben - dort war der Empfang sehr schwach.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bei Fragen bekamen wir sofort Hilfe. Den Strand direkt in der Nähe zu haben war toll!!
Lediglich ein 2. Schlüssel wäre gut gewesen .Ansonsten war es wirklich wunderschön!!! - Filippo5/5
