Bungalow Santa Barbara EMC2

The place itself is as shown in pictures but there were many small inconveniences that added up to a mid experience. At the higher price point of all other listings I expected more. There were cockroaches in the front & backyard. A wolf spider laid her eggs in the bathroom leading us to come home to thousands of baby spiders everywhere, they eventually got into the bedrooms. There was nothing to cook with-no basic kitchen pantry items like oil or salt. You could hear every noise the neighbors made. The shower does not work properly, you have to hold the button for the overhead shower the entire time you bathe or else it only functions with the handheld piece. I had an emergency before the trip & tried to cancel a few hours after the cut off point but there was no effort to accommodate forcing us to keep the trip. If a listing values profit over people I expect a better experience. The host couldn’t find the listing and didn’t know to get in, leaving me and my dog in the hot sun for 1hr

Le logement est très bien situé et les équipements sont de grande qualité, avec une vraie touche allemande dans les finitions — c’est indéniablement un point fort.
En revanche, plusieurs aspects nous ont déçus : l’arrivée a été compliquée malgré l’annonce de notre heure d’arrivée, nous avons dû patienter longtemps. Le logement présente également une forte humidité (salon, chambre, salle de bain), provoquant des odeurs de remontée d’égout et la présence de cloportes.
Enfin, le tarif de 210€ la nuit nous a semblé excessif au vu de ces désagréments — on sent clairement l'effet Pride sur les prix…

Fint og rent og ser ut som på bildene. Litt minus at det nærmeste bassenget var i ustand, men det var jo flere basseng. Alt av ting man trengte var der. Rolig og fredelig sted.
Første dagen lukket vi dodøra og den gikk ikke an å åpne. De kom raskt for å hjelpe oss, men døren måtte trolig byttes ut. De kom tre dager senere for å fikse det. Vi skulle ønske at de fulgte opp dette bedre.

👍 Repetimos y nos gustó todo 👎 Una de las piscinas cercana al bungalow estaba cerrada por obras. Problema con el inodoro, atascado, tuvo que acudir un operario, pero continuaba con dificultad.

👍 Schöner Bungalow , moderne Ausstattung und sauber . 👎 Kein Stauraum für Lebensmittel ( außer Großer Kühlschrank mit TK Fach ) .

Very nice spot and we will be back again

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in deze bungalow, een aanrader!

The bungalow was spotless with good sized rooms, a kitchen full of utensils a nescafe and a kettle (very important if you’re from uk and drink tea). The location was perfect for playa del ingles area. Santa Barbara is a holiday complex with other bungalows owned by returning holiday makers and they keep the place very clean and tidy. There’s also a Danish cafe restaurant, part of the complex, which serves really good meatballs.
