Bungalow Rocas Rojas 406B

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Es war sauber, gute Betten, alles was man braucht, war vorhanden.
Am schönsten war der weite Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die gepflegte Anlage mit Palmen mit dem tollen Sonnenschein dazu. Der große Pool ist ideal zum Schwimmen und zum Planschen für Kinder. Kiosk, Apotheke und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Dank guter Kommunikation haben wir den Bungalow gut gefunden und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach, aber sauber, ordentlich und vollständig. Preis/Leistung passte.
Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Zwischenreinigung sowie den zur Anlage gehörenden Pool.

Perfect apartment for a family with 3 bedrooms and everything we needed. The pool was great and only a short walk away, and only a short walk to the beach.

Sehr schöne Woche mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Immer wieder gern!

👍 It is an amazing appartment! It is spacious, has a stunning view and the appartment is bright and modern. The kitchen is very large and more than fully stocked which was a very nice surprise since we cook a lot. You only need to buy toilet paper and kitchen papers during your stay. (There is no detergent of course). There is even salt and pepper in the cabinets. And there is no shortage of warm water, several people can shower after each other. The sheets are very nice to sleep in. There is also an abundance of parking spaces above. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is nice. There are two pools available, the one below is not heated but the other one is. (How ever, there is a shortage of sun beds and most of them are broken). Pool towers are included! 👎 The beds! They are almost as hard as sleeping on the floor on a very thin mattress. I actually went to buy an extra mattress the second day and one of the kids decided to, after a few days, to sleep in the sofa instead! The bed in the small bedroom has unmatching matresses, one was smaller than the other so we had to fix it with blankets. The covers and pillowcovers where quite nasty, full of yellow stains! Some of them actually smelled of drool.. I actually washed the pillowcovers for all pillows, including the pillowcases for the small extra pillows in the sofa (apparently they were ivory and not beige colored..) The sofa are covered by blankets, because the sofa is so dirty underneath. The cleaning of the appartment was absolutely spotless on the other hand. The bathroom ceiling window (nice to have!) Unfortunately leaked quite a bit when it rained (prepare to hold a bucket if you need to use the toilet while there is rain). There are no curtains in 2 of the bedrooms, we had to put up towels. I asked customer service about if after a week and apparently you are supposed to close sliding shutters on the outside if you wish for a dark bedroom. Would have been nice to know.. You can hear the neighbors down stairs quite well, nothing strange about that in GC but they apparently heard just about everything from upstairs, inc conversations (just so you know). One night there was a lot of comotion down stairs, and suddenly there was a nock on the door. Most oft their appartment where filled with water. We had to go without water for some time, just in case it came from our apartment. It sorted it self out after only 24hrs fortunately. But, we had no one to contact until 9 in the morning, and in the middle of the night when no one knew what to do and where the quite extensive leak came from, we really needed an emergency number! (They had an emergency number to the owner of their apartment fortunately!!
