- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Sehr tolle Lage mit beeindruckendem Blick auf das Meer und Teil der Dünen. Promenade und Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Haus ist Teil einer abgeschlossenen Anlage. Pool der Anlage ist klasse und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Terrasse bietet tollen Schatten mit dem schönen Baum und noch genug Fläche zum Sonnen mit ausreichend Liegen. Separater Parkplatz ist auf der Anlage verfügbar. Ingesamt super für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Tolle Lage vom Haus mit beeindruckendem Blick

Jolie maison de vacances très bien située
Nous avons tout d'abord été très bien reçu lors de la remise des clés. Le logement correspond tout à fait aux photos, il est très propre, bien équipé. Il est situé dans une zone calme tout en étant a proximité de la plage et des commerces. Les chambres sont confortables et une superbe vue sur la mer. Je recommande ce logement.
