This duplex has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub on the top floor and one bathroom with shower on the ground floor, a spacious living room-kitchen with sofa and SmartTv, free internet connection and access to a wonderful terrace with views and sunloungers to enjoy long hours of sunshine.
It is equipped with air conditioning, and its kitchen counts on a with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine and kitchen utensils.

- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

👍 Lovely villa, very clean and well equipped. Loved the air conditioning. The whole complex was clean and well maintained. The pool was excellent. Perfect location for the beach and close to bars and restaurants.

👍 Super położenie, wszędzie blisko w Maspalomas, super widok, spory balkon i taras. W willi wszystko co potrzeba na pobyt. Czystość super, bardzo dużo miejsca na 4 osoby, basen początkiem marca mieliśmy praktycznie dla siebie, możliwość grillowania. Własny parking zadaszony. Ogólnie mega.

👍 lo spazio all'aperto, la terrazza, è veramente molto bella e adeguatamente attrezzata, la cucina completa di tutto il necessario, spaziosa la sala, essenziali e forse un po' piccole le camere. 👎 Purtroppo un fortissimo odore acre ha reso impossibile l'accesso al bagno del piano terra, odore che spesso permeava anche la cucina e la zona pranzo.

👍 Strandnähe, Größe der Wohnung, Klimaanlage funktionierte super, moderne Ausstattung, gepflegter Zustand, zentral in Playa del Inglés gelegen 👎 Geräuschkulisse der Küche des Hard Rock Cafés nebenan. Der Pool wird mit Salzwasser betrieben und ist enorm warm. Den Kindern war das unangenehm.
