The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 4 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 8, if you want the 5th, 6th, and 7th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the corresponding occupancy or max cappacity which is 13-14 people.

The services included in the price of this holiday accommodation:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 8:00 p.m.
- Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs will be placed (on request) for children under 2 years old.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any other activity that could be annoying to the neighbors is prohibited.
- Overcrowding due to the number of people hired is strictly prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the homes. Only allowed on open terraces or balconies.
- A deposit of €2,000 is required as a guarantee/guarantee to cover possible damages that may occur. It will be returned within a maximum period of 72 hours after departure and once it is verified that everything is correct. La casa está muy bien, la zona de la piscina es fantástica. Los espacios son grandes. Hay mucho menaje de cocina, algo que suele faltar en otros alojamientos en los que hemos estado.
