Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

The apartment was top class - very well laid out, maintained and with all amenities. Very spacious inside and outside, including front and back and upstairs areas. A private complex of apartments with a shared pool. A very quiet area. The team was very helpful and responded to queries quickly. All my queries were taken care of.

Depuis l'aéroport, déjà les 1ère instructions, pour pouvoir venir a la location, parfaite. Ainsi l'accueil a été aussi bien pour nous recevoir. L'appartement super propre, comme neuf.A 5 minutes des dunes, plage et commerces a pied. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu tranquille.

Rented this very nice and extremely beautiful bungalow with very short notice. The communication with the landlord was easy and precise. The perfekt getaway bungalow for a couple who want privacy, and being close restaurants and shopping opportunities at the same time. All up to a very high standard. We would love to come back.

The house it’s nice, modern and clean . We had a good stay, we haven’t been disturbed. Pool is nice and big, always was empty . The roof terrace is sunny all day. We had an extra cleaning during our stay. You will find in here everything that you need. I would come back to this place. Thank you.
